Background
About
My name is Robin Kamstedt, and I'm a professionally trained coach specializing in personal development, leadership, and transformation.
I've always been fascinated by the human ability to imagine something that doesn't yet exist and then find ways to make that vision a reality.
My journey began in Jönköping, Sweden, where I studied education, learning, and communication. Curiosity eventually took me out into the world and ultimately to the Netherlands, where I've built both a family and a career.
For many years, I've worked in leadership and organizational transformation within international technology companies. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, develop people, improve ways of working, and help organizations navigate meaningful change.
Now, I've chosen to deepen my focus on what has always interested me most: the human being behind the change.
I believe that meaningful transformation begins with curiosity, awareness, and the courage to explore new possibilities.
My approach
Coaching isn't about me telling you what to do or providing ready-made answers.
It's about creating a space where we can explore your thoughts, ambitions, and possibilities together.
Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and new perspectives, we can develop greater clarity around what truly matters to you, what may be holding you back, and which steps you want to take forward.
Explore new possibilities without judgment.
Discover perspectives and understand what truly matters.
Turn meaningful insights into intentional and sustainable steps.
How it works
Step 1
30 minutes · complimentary
We get to know each other, discuss your expectations, and explore what coaching is and how I work.
Step 2
15 minutes
A short coaching experience — an opportunity to discover how coaching conversations can create space for new perspectives and possibilities.
Step 3
Around three months
If we both feel it's a good fit, we can begin a coaching journey together: three individual 45-minute sessions, generally about one month apart.
Steps 1 and 2 take place together in one 45-minute introductory appointment.
All sessions take place remotely.
Participation is voluntary, with no financial obligation.
10 Complimentary Coaching Opportunities
As part of my continued development as a coach, I'm currently inviting 10 individuals to experience a personal coaching journey with me, completely free of charge.
With a planned return to Sweden in 2027, I'm looking forward to expanding my Swedish coaching network while continuing to connect with people internationally.
For me, this is an opportunity to continue growing as a coach and gain experience coaching in Swedish and English.
For you, it's an opportunity to invest time in yourself, explore new perspectives, and perhaps take the first steps towards something you've been wanting to achieve.
I see it as a partnership where we both have the opportunity to grow.
